Center for International Cultural Studies, Islamic Cultural Relations Organization, has started publishing of "Cultural Relations" Quarterly in order to gather intellectual data and to produce specialized literature in the field of international cultural relations by the efforts of researchers on cultural subjects. This quarterly is a bilingual specialized journal in the area of international cultural relations which is published in compliance with regulations and standards of Iran's Ministry of Science, Research and Technology with regard to academic-research journals.

The Quarterly of Cultural Relations aims at providing grounds and serves as a forum for interaction and exchange of ideas among Iranian and non-Iranian elites in the field of cultural relations; attaining a better cognition of international and global relations; analyzing cultural phenomena and trends effective in cultural relations; and finally, rendering a proper and real image of cultural and intellectual capacities in the field of Islamic Republic of Iran's cultural relations with other nations.

Center for International Cultural Studies has the pleasure to publish researchers' new and original essays in the field of international cultural relations in Cultural Relations Quarterly. We esteem the cooperation and attention of all researchers and intellectuals in promotion of knowledge and high intellectual and cultural values and invite them to provide the secretariat of our journal with their works and findings.
